Mamou

Haven't been in the mood to blog lately. So sorry! I'll try posting stuff at least once a week again!

My blockmate, Chuchu has been telling me how good the food is in Mamou so I knew I had to give it a try! Her descriptions always made me hungry which is totally depressing since it's all the way in the south. Luckily, there was this one time that classes were suspended and we instantly decided to have lunch there.

I really find this photo super cute! The old man looks so happy! Accidentally took his picture... I was trying to take photos of the interior of the restaurant.

I like the aura of the restaurant. It makes me feel like I'm in another country.

If you want a twist to the classical Filipino dish, this is something you should try! You can also pick brown rice over the normal one if you're trying to make yourself feel better about indulging on this.  

 Lorenzo's Truffle Cream PHP 375.00

This you gotta try! I'm not really a fan of cream-based pasta but this is just divine. I'm not exaggerating.

I gotta admit, it's kinda pricey to eat here but it'll be worth it. 

I also love how their waiters and waitresses were so accommodating and how they would always smile at us. Instant good vibes. ahaha

Zark's Burgers

I totally forgot to post this!! It was on draft for a month already!! I just noticed it today...
Some of my friends visited me in Taft and the first thing they wanted to do was to try Zark's burgers. I didn't really know what Zark's was at that time so I was pretty excited to try it out myself. 

When we arrived, the place was packed! We had to wait for 5 minutes before we were called.

I think the price of their burgers are really reasonable! Even if I just shared a burger with my friend, we already felt stuffed after!

Three-Pointer has three kinds of cheese! Mozzarella, cheddar and cheese sauce! You can even see the cheese oozing out of the patty!

This is one of the reasons why people go to Zark's. Where else can you find a burger that is wrapper with bacon??

I'm definitely going back to try their deep-fried snickers! I'm a sucker for anything sweet.
