Alice In Wonderland Engagement

After around 10 years or more of being together, the boyfriend of my cousin FINALLY asked for her hand in marriage! Couldn't be happier for the two of them! My fave couple of all time! 

How sweet!! They didn't know I accidentally passed by! Would've made me leave... 

Moving on to the venue, we went all the way to Antonio's in Tagaytay for their engagement. 

Doesn't it fit the theme??

First thing I saw when I entered were these picture frames all over the red wall. 

Really had a hard time walking down while wearing heels, these wooden stairs were just too slippery since it was raining that day.

I really liked the interior of the whole restaurant. I felt so relaxed, calm and away from the stress of the city! 

Look at the cute comfort rooms!  

Notice the wide open window? Don't worry, when you look outside you'll only see trees!

For lunch we had the following: 

 Bread and butter. Loved this cause when they served it, it was still really warm! 

 Scallops and Watermelon with Basil Sauce

Bleu d' Auvergne Crumbled, Glazed Walnuts, Dried Currants and Cranberries with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Drizzled with Basil Oil

 Panfried Free-Range Quail, Flambé Grapes with Armagnac, Truffle Mashed Potato with Goose Liver Foam

Watermelon Calamansi Sorbet

Roasted Lamb Lion Glazed with Passion Fruit and Goat Cheese, Gratin Potato - Cardamom Beurre Blanc 

 Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream

Sweet Peach with Vanilla Ice Cream 

I don't know what this is called but it was the best out of the three desserts they served! Writing this post makes me so hungry..
